Dr. David Vise has spent his entire career as an optometrist in NM and has broad experience in the profession of optometry. After a residency at the VAMC, he was the first optometrist hired at University Hospital in Albuquerque. These experiences gave him solid foundation in the management of ocular disease such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, iritis, cataract post-op care, corneal foreign body removal, dry eye, conjunctivitis, and acute emergency visits.
